Homely Return & Refund Policy
At Homely, we strive to ensure every product you purchase meets the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship. However, if something does not meet your expectations, our Return and Refund Policy is designed to give you peace of mind.
1. Parcel Inspection at Delivery
Customers are required to inspect the parcel in the presence of the delivery person before completing payment.
If the product is found to be defective, damaged, or incorrect at the time of delivery:
The customer has the right to return the product immediately.
The customer may then choose either an exchange or a refund, processed promptly by our team.
2. Post-Delivery Returns (Within 7 Days)
If the delivery is accepted and the delivery person has left, customers still have 7 calendar days from the date of receipt to initiate a return request.
Returns are only valid if the issue arises due to a manufacturing fault, wrong item shipped, or other error originating from our end.
For hygiene and quality control reasons, products that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer cannot be returned.
3. Refunds
Once a return request is approved, refunds will be processed via online banking only.
Customers must provide valid and active online banking details to receive the refund.
Refunds may take 3–7 business days to reflect in the customer’s account, depending on banking procedures.
4. Exchanges
If a product is confirmed faulty and the customer chooses an exchange, no additional delivery charges will be applied for the replacement shipment.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the product is unavailable, a refund will be offered instead.
5. Conditions for Valid Returns & Refunds
To qualify, customers must ensure:
Proof of purchase (invoice/order number) is provided.
The product is returned in its original packaging.
The issue is reported within the inspection period (on delivery) or within the 7-day post-delivery timeframe (for faults originating from our end).
6. Non-Returnable Items
Products damaged due to customer mishandling, misuse, or negligence.
Products without original packaging or proof of purchase.
